Lead- Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for top-notch talent as we continue to build the best global analytics consulting team in the world.</p><p>We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer / Lead with strong experience in modern web development, cloud-native architecture, and Generative AI (GenAI / LLM integration). This role requires hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, and cloud platforms, along with the ability to design scalable, production-grade systems.</p><p>This role requires hands-on technical depth, strong architectural understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and develop <strong>full stack applications</strong> using <strong>Vue.js, Node.js, and Python</strong> </li><li> Integrate <strong>GenAI / LLM-based solutions</strong> into applications (prompt engineering, APIs, model integration) </li><li> Build and maintain <strong>RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services</strong> </li><li> Develop scalable, event-driven systems using <strong>Kafka</strong> </li><li> Deploy and manage applications on <strong>AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, Fargate)</strong> </li><li> Implement <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> and containerized deployments using <strong>Docker &amp; Kubernetes</strong> </li><li> Work with <strong>relational databases</strong> such as Postgres, MySQL, or Oracle </li><li> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data teams </li><li> Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in <strong>Full Stack Development</strong> </li><li> Strong hands-on experience with <strong>Vue.js, Node.js, and Python</strong> </li><li> Proven experience in <strong>GenAI / LLM integration (must-have)</strong> </li><li> Experience with <strong>AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, RDS, Fargate)</strong> </li><li> Solid experience building <strong>REST/GraphQL APIs</strong> </li><li> Experience with <strong>Kafka or event-driven architecture</strong> </li><li> Hands-on experience with <strong>Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines</strong> </li><li> Strong knowledge of <strong>RDBMS (Postgres/MySQL/Oracle)</strong> </li><li> Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
