• Should have proven experience in developing and maintaining web applications and stand-alone applications

• Should have been involved and lead for requirement gathering from customers

• Should have prior experience in leading team locally and/or at remote locations

• Good communication skills

• Proven experience in optimization of code and process improvements

• Prior experience in designing database and architecture

• Prior experience in report generation using Tableau
