Carwash/Detail Operations Manager $50k to $55k DOE + QTR Bonus (PHX)

Responsibilities:</p><p>Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across multiple departments</p><p>Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity</p><p>Lead a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations</p><p>Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement and inventory management</p><p>Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness</p><p>Foster a culture of safety, emphasizing adherence to established protocols and promoting a safe working environment.</p><p>Lead by example by actively participating in manual labor tasks, demonstrating a strong work ethic and dedication to the team's success</p><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of operational goals.</p><p>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.</p><p>Monitor budgets, control expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>
