<h3>Responsibilities </h3><ul><li>Take lead to delegate tasks & train craftworkers, ensuring effective communication regarding work plans and smooth operations.</li><li>Demonstrate initiative, supporting team success and safety. </li><li>Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings. </li><li>Utilize hand and power tools to measure, cut, bend, thread, and install wire and cable systems, conduits, and raceways.</li><li>Feed, pull, and terminate wires within control centers, distribution boxes, transformers, transducers, switch gear, receptacles, and switches.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and prepare sketches and schematic diagrams.
