Principal Systems Engineer- Safety Domain ECU (SDE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage development programs with focus on industrialization
• Establish and track cross functional top level project schedules
• Establish and maintain projects financial data and business case
• Ensure all program milestones are met in time, quality and cost
• Manage introduction of product into manufacturing site
• Support RFQ Work

Experience and Skills Requirement

• Very good Project Management capabilities
• Experience in industrialization of automotive products
• Experience in engineering of embedded systems (good Software and Hardware background required)
• Knowledge on project management process (e.g. Automotive Spice or CMMI)
• Strong communication skills, self management, highly motivated
• PMP certification is an advantage

Requirement:

• BSEE/Master degree in Electronics or Software Engineering
