We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (Advanced) to design, develop, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and hands-on experience with complex integrations, advanced scripting, CSDM, Employee Center, and CMDB-related development.
This role collaborates closely with ITSM, HR, Security, Infrastructure , Application Support, and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows .
- Build custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and notifications .
- Develop and modify Service Catalog items , record producers, and fulfillment workflows.
- Configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge , CMDB, Asset, and SAM modules.
- Utilize ServiceNow Studio , Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor to build automation.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP , and platform-native tools.
- Implement advanced integration patterns, including mid‑server , scripted APIs, and web services.
- Support and enhance Workday ↔ ServiceNow integrations (HR & Employee Center use cases).
- Work with external systems using ServiceNow APIs and connection utilities .
- Design, maintain , and enhance CMDB datasets and relationships.
- Apply and extend CSDM (Common Service Data Model) best practices.
- Ensure accurate data modeling aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Develop and optimize Employee Center pages, widgets, and experiences.
- Work with themes, branding, UI scripts, and Service Portal enhancements.
- Perform system upgrades , patches, and instance maintenance.
- Manage user access, ACLs, and roles in compliance with security policies.
- Partner with ITSM process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project delivery.
- Contribute to solution architecture, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.
- Glide scripting and ServiceNow server/client-side scripting
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks , processes, and best practices.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with product owners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or others)

The current range for this position is $95,378.98 - $160,850.17 This range is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at ICW Group, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors unique to each candidate, including experience, education and the location of the role and considers employees performing substantially similar work.
