Operations Support is responsible for supporting the Operations Specialists with daily tasks. This will include searching and locating supporting research mortgage documents using web based tools. Communicating with Homeowners Associations/Management Companies to obtain status of ordered mortgage documents.
This position will be responsible for requesting and receiving mortgage information via phone, fax, e-mail, and mail. Position will require uploading of HOA documents and inputting data from these documents into the system. Applicant will need to develop a thorough knowledge of departmental functions, procedures, and resources in order to provide accurate information to customers.
