Asst Project Manager, Renewable Energy

Our innovative and entrepreneurial approach, combined with our talented team, has positioned us as a leader in the industry.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul> <li>Manage contractors to ensure compliance with technical requirements, contractual procedures, and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Review plans and specifications to confirm adherence to contract.</li> <li>Act as the primary contact for EPCs, suppliers, and property owners to ensure project objectives are met.</li> <li>Prepare and circulate Requests for Proposals for new projects.</li> <li>Review and approve Change Orders, Pay Applications, lien waivers, etc.</li> <li>Monitor and drive renewable energy project operational performance.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with key project contracts and produce performance reports.</li> <li>Maintain and build relationships with all contract parties.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Detail-oriented with a strong ability to establish and follow processes.</li> <li>Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for excellence.</li> <li>Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.</li> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.</li> <li>May require extended hours.</li> <li>Highly motivated and career-driven.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $65,000 and $80,000/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
