<p>Location: Port Hueneme, CA (On-site)<br>Clearance: Active T5 (Top Secret) Required<br>Certification: IAT Level II Required</p><p><strong>This position is contingent on contract award</strong></p><h3>Overview</h3><p>Resource Management Concepts (RMC) is seeking a Software Developer to support mission-critical Department of Defense (DoD) systems in Port Hueneme, California.

This role supports the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for surveillance, command and control, and weapon systems.</p><p>This position is ideal for a mid-level developer with strong technical fundamentals and experience working in structured development environments such as Agile.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for DoD systems</li><li>Support full software development lifecycle activities in Agile or similar environments</li><li>Develop and optimize software for Linux-based systems using C, C++, and Java</li><li>Analyze user requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve software and system-level issues</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders</li><li>Contribute to team deliverables and project reporting as required</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3–7 years of experience developing software for DoD systems (surveillance, C2, or weapon systems preferred)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field</li><li>Experience developing in Linux environments</li><li>Proficiency in C, C++, and Java</li><li>DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE or equivalent)</li><li>Active T5 (Top Secret) security clearance</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><em>At RMC, we're committed to your career growth!

The current salary range for this position will be $110,000 to $140,000 (annually).</em></p>
