Leading the corporate finance team and overseeing the accounting day to day activities to include, payroll, back reconciliation, general ledger management, accounts payable and profit and loss reporting.
Managing strategic projects and building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the partners and senior management team.
Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and planning process.
Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of findings to the partners and senior management team.
Preparation and review of the monthly business performance report and coordinating annual tax processes with external accountant.
Development and refinement of management accounting and reporting, including metrics/KPLS and enhanced business analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
A minimum of 5 years experience in finance management in a medium scale corporate business
CA/CPA qualification or Master's degree preferred but not required
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Strong analytical, modeling and commercial reporting skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advance Microsoft Excel skills specifically on pivot tables, pivot charts, vlookups, hlookups and nested formulas etc.
Knowledge of the Quickbooks Enterprise and ADP software.
