• Develop predictive analytics models and workforce dashboards, and mature from ad-hoc, one-off reporting to governed, self-service analytics. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall design and maintain semantic data models and role-based reports and dashboards that enable executives, HR specialists, and program staff to run their own queries and access curated insights appropriate to their roles.
