Warehouse Specialist/Supervisor - SEA

<p><strong>Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor/Specialist</strong></p><p><strong>**Key

Responsibilities:** (5:30AM - 2PM)</strong></p><p>

• Supervise operations of DSPs(Delivery Service Provider), ensuring compliance with company standards.</p><p>
• Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.</p><p>
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.</p><p>
• Oversee third-party warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.</p><p>
• Coordinate local warehouse deliveries and pick up</p><p>
• Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.</p><p>
• Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.</p><p>
• Design training to improve service quality.</p><p>
• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.</p><p>
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.</p><p>
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.</p><p>
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.</p><p>
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.</p><p>
