Warehouse Business Development Manager

<p></p><p><strong>About the Role </strong></p><p></p><p>We are seeking a Warehouse Business Development Manager to drive business growth for our warehouse operations and pickup network. This role will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding warehouse utilization, and developing partnerships with e-commerce sellers, logistics providers, and fulfillment partners. </p><p></p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities </strong></p><p>- Develop new business opportunities for warehouse and pickup services </p><p>- Promote certified warehouse solutions to e-commerce and logistics customers </p><p>- Identify and acquire customers requiring: </p><ul><li>Pickup services </li><li>Warehouse storage </li><li>Fulfillment services </li><li>Cross-border logistics support </li></ul><p>- Build relationships with local sellers, importers, freight forwarders, and logistics companies </p><p>- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and contract negotiations </p><p>- Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery </p><p>- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities</p><p> </p><p><strong>KPIs</strong></p><p> - New customer acquisition</p><p> - Warehouse occupancy utilization </p><p>- Pickup volume growth </p><p>- Revenue generated from warehouse services </p><p>- Customer retention and account growth</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p> - 3+ years of business development or sales experience</p><p> - Experience in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or e-commerce preferred </p><p>- Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills </p><p>- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment </p><p>- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits</p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p></p><ul><li>Base Salary: $55K – $65K annually + Performance Bonus</li></ul><ul><li>7 PTO days</li><li>5 Paid Sick Leave Days</li><li>6 Paid Holidays</li><li>401K </li><li>Medical insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance, STD/LTD </li></ul>
