Because when you look good, you feel good.<br> </p><p>We are currently seeking Consultants who are interested in a rewarding med spa career.</p><p></p><p>hourly range: $20-25/hr + bonus eligible</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.</li><li>Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.</li><li>Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.</li><li>Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.</li><li>Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.</li><li>Must be available full-time with open availability including Fridays and Saturdays</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role within the aesthetic or retail industry is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent Client Service Skills.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.</li><li>Kind and professional.</li><li>Responsible and compassionate.</li><li>Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.</li></ul>
