We invite you to join our mission of enhancing the health of our community through superior urological care.</p><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnosis of urological conditions in patients.</li><li>Execute a range of urological surgeries, utilizing the latest minimally invasive techniques.</li><li>Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to create patient-centered care plans.</li><li>Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment pathways.</li><li>Engage in ongoing professional education and remain updated on urology advancements.</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.</li><li>Participate in clinical research initiatives to contribute to the field of urology.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.</li><li>Current medical license to practice in Wisconsin.</li><li>Board certification or eligibility in Urology.</li><li>Strong clinical skills in the diagnosis and treatment of urological disorders.</li><li>Exceptional communication and empathetic patient interaction abilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.</li><li>Commitment to high-quality care and continuous improvement in practice.</li></ul>
