Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Sales and Leadership:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li>Maximize sales in the assigned retail location by leading a team of Representatives.</li> <li>Utilize best practices for product positioning, account analysis, promotional offers, and customer service.</li> <li>Analyze the business of the retail location and implement practices to fulfill goals.</li> <li>Recruit and train sales reps, manage key KPIs from the Sales Report, and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).</li> <li>Implement weekly and monthly sales incentives to meet and exceed growth objectives.</li> <li>Work with the Operations team to improve the cost-effectiveness of operations.</li> <li>Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories.</li> <li>Follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc.</li> <li>Ensure excellence in customer service with every customer contact.</li> <li>Coordinate with Leadership &amp; Training team to initiate and sustain effective sales channel training and development programs.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Operations:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li>Implement and follow cash handling policies and procedures, exceptions reporting, etc.</li> <li>Manage inventory for mobile devices, core cable products, and accessories.</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>Customer Satisfaction (NPS):</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Strive to achieve high Net Promoter Scores with every customer interaction.</li></ul><p> </p><p> <strong>Job

Qualifications:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent</li> <li>3-5 years of sales experience required.</li> <li>Wireless/Cable/Retail sales experience preferred.</li> <li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li> <li>Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs</li> <li>Reliable transportation</li> <li>Full Time (min 45 hours), Open Availability</li> </ul><p> </p><p><strong>
