SOA Standards, Security, API performance, Specs documentation, governance (design/runtime)

Hands on knowledge of Oracle SOA
API Interface Design, SOA governance implementation
Very Good Java knowledge & expertise
8-12 years total experience
2-3 years of experience as Sr. developer
part of full SOA implementation
Very good communication, collaboration
Communicated with architects and management
Written, Strong UML, etc
