Structural Engineer, Capacity Delivery

- You've worked structural engineering on large-scale buildings or infrastructure, ideally owner/developer-side, and you want deep data center exposure.

- You read geotechnical reports and translate soil and seismic data into structural design actions.

- You coordinate with civil, geotech, and MEP and manage external engineers of record through IFC.

- You know foundations, structural steel, and building envelope systems for large-format buildings.

- You spot structural cost and constructability risk early, not after the site is locked.

- Bonus: PE license or active pursuit. Data center, industrial, or mission-critical structures. ETABS, RISA, or RAM.
