Senior Civil Engineer, Capacity Delivery

- You've owned civil engineering on large-scale site development, ideally owner/developer-side, and you want deep data center exposure.

- You run civil due diligence and read geotech reports well enough to assign design actions and catch fatal flaws early.

- You manage external civil consultants and hold them to a standard through IFC.

- You know grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and earthwork for large-format sites.

- You spot civil cost and constructability risk during site selection, not after.

- Bonus: PE license or active pursuit. Data center, industrial, or large-site development. Civil 3D.
