- You've owned civil engineering on large-scale site development (data centers, industrial, logistics, or power infrastructure), ideally owner/developer-side.
- You've directed external civil consultants and managed design deliverable quality through IFC.
- You know grading, earthwork, stormwater, and site utility design cold, plus NPDES and floodplain (FEMA/CLOMR/LOMR) permitting.
- You've identified civil fatal flaws and quantified cost risk during site selection, not just executed design after the site was chosen.
- You've coordinated geotechnical investigations and interpreted boring programs into design actions.
- Bonus: PE license. Hyperscale or energy infrastructure development. Expansive clay, karst, or high water table conditions.
MISO/utility interconnection civil coordination. AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS.
