DOE**</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>Ewing Outdoor Supply</strong> is looking to add to our team with a <strong>Turf Distribution Service Professional</strong>.

This associate will need to be able to keep up with a fast paced role. The associate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating <strong>turf-cutting machinery</strong> and coordinating deliveries regarding synthetic turf customer orders. Your ability to lift 50-75 lbs. <strong>repeatedly</strong> will be vital to this role, as well as coordination of delivery and maintaining high end customer service.</p><p>Prior green industry and landscape experience is preferred, but not required, we can teach you.</p><p>If you are bilingual English/Spanish, that would be preferred, but not a requirement.

• Execute the annual plan for the branch in accordance with Branch or Warehouse Manager’s and the Company’s strategic objectives.</p><p>
• Operate turf cutting machinery safely and efficiently.</p><p>
• Be able to lift 50-75 pounds.</p><p>
• Perform routine maintenance on turf-cutting equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. Report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.</p><p>
• Use of payroll system regularly to clock in and out in accordance with Company policy and state/federal laws and regulations. </p><p>
• Execute precision cutting techniques to achieve desired turf roll specifications required, based on Ewing customer orders.</p><p>
• Adopt and master the use of basic company tools and systems including technology, software, email, etc. and adhere to Company policy.</p><p>
• Maintain a safe working environment and compliance with state/federal safety standards. </p><p>
• Work collaboratively with Ewing branches and sales personnel, landscape contractor customer teams, and supervisors to coordinate cutting schedules, delivery logistics, and dispatch. </p><p>
• Provide superior customer service at all times. </p><p>
• Keep a watchful eye on the health of the artificial turf inventory, identifying and reporting any signs of defect or other issues that may affect the quality of the artificial turf inventory. </p><p>
• Maintain accurate records of turf-cutting schedules, equipment usage, and any observations related to artificial turf inventory and turf cutting equipment health. </p><p>Conduct pre-operational checks on turf-cutting equipment, ensuring that all components are in proper working condition before use. </p><p>
• Place purchase orders for artificial turf inventory in collaboration with the Regional Manager and Market Manager. </p><p>
• Manage receipt of artificial turf inventory purchase orders from the vendor. </p><p>
• Operate forklift to load/unload artificial turf rolls onto warehouse racking and trucks. </p><p>
• Drive Isuzu NPR and Isuzu FTR for deliveries of artificial turf. </p><p>
• Coordinate turf cutting operations and deliveries, occasionally performing deliveries. </p><p>
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the turf cutting operation space. </p><p>
