Project Accountant

<p>Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>-Coordinate timely receipt of pay applications with subcontractors</p><p>-Review and post subcontractor pay applications</p><p>-Monthly lien waiver tracking</p><p>-Prepare monthly owner pay applications for Project Manager review</p><p>-Finalize and prepare owner pay application package</p><p>-Review, obtain and organize owner pay application backup documentation</p><p>-Review project job costs monthly for discrepancies</p><p>-Assist with accounts receivable aging</p><p>-Assist with project audits</p><p>-Assist with collection of supplier and subcontractor lien releases</p><p>-Assist with collecting and tracking prevailing wage documentation</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Qualifications</p><p></p><p>-We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who can produce quality work, work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines</p><p>-Excellent listening skills and strong written and oral communication skills</p><p>-2+ years’ experience in an accounting role in the construction industry</p><p>-Bachelor’s Degree in a related field</p><p>-Must have excellent computer skills and be highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications, Bluebeam, Sage 100 and Procore</p><p>-Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization</p>
