AV Field Service Engineer

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused AV Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for audiovisual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in dynamic field environments.

• Install, configure, test, and commission AV systems including displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing systems, audio equipment, and video distribution.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for AV equipment and integrated systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to support installation and service activities.
• Document service activities, system configurations, and updates in company service management tools.
• Train and support end-users on AV systems and functionality as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of AV industry trends, emerging technologies, and manufacturer product updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards while on client sites.
