If you are experienced, reliable, and hard-working, apply today!</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, the building cleaner performs cleaning tasks and operates various types of cleaning equipment for assigned buildings.<br></p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Arrive on time and ready to perform shift duties.</li><li>Cleaning offices/work areas, emptying trash and replacing liners, and cleaning windows/windowsills.</li><li>Vacuum, dust/sweep, and mop floors and stairs.</li><li>Clean and maintain supplies in restrooms - ensure that facilities are sanitary and stocked for use by clients.</li><li>Maintain clean and orderly janitorial closets.</li></ul><p>Schedule: Monday - Saturday 9:0 am - 5:30 pm</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Must be 18 years old and successfully pass a background check</li><li>Must be reliable, willing to work at a fast pace, and be very detailed</li><li>Cleaning experience a plus</li><li>Ability to listen to customer requests and follow the supervisor’s directions</li><li>Follow building or customer-specific COVID protocols</li><li>HS Diploma or GED</li><li><strong>Must speak fluent English</strong></li></ul><p></p><p>The physical requirements of this position include: walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repeating cleaning motions; utilizing cleaning equipment and supplies; lifting up to 35 lbs.<br></p><p></p><p></p>
