Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Nashville, TN Company: Open Doors ABA, part of Finni Health Job Type: Full-time and Part-time options available Location: Remote - Nashville, TN Pay: $55.00–$60.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible/Open availability

About the Role

Open Doors ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Begin part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the option to transition to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your performance and goals.

This remote, flexible position allows you to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, supported by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations

- Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans

- Deliver direct ABA therapy and track client progress

- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals

- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation

- Keep up-to-date with ABA research and best practices

Qualifications:

- Tennessee LBA license (required)

- BCBA certification (in good standing)

- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

- Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Compassionate, reliable, and focused on client needs

Schedule:

- Flexible daytime hours

- Day shifts, Monday to Friday

- Start part-time (5–25 hours/week) with potential to increase hours
