Experience: 5+ years
1. Experienced in VMAX and VPLEX architectures , storage provisioning, and decommissioning processes.
3. Experienced in NetApp OnTap 7 and 8 architectures, storage provisioning, and decommissioning processes.
4. Knowledge of Data Protection architectures, tools, and solutions.
1. Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) administration such as Oracle, MS SQL Server and DB2.
B. Migrate data inside VPLEX to redistribute back-end port utilization.
C. Assist in the storage and data protection planning and preparation for moving the primary data center services to a colocation facility.
D. VMAX-20k storage decommission after migration if required.
A. Install client agents on AIX hosts connected to the EMC storage arrays.
A. Assist in a data and service (NAS and Block) migration from 7-mode to Cluster mode involving multiple sites.
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the design, configuration and maintenance of EMC hardware .
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with the design, configuration and maintenance of NetApp hardware .
