Morgan & Morgan is looking for an Attorney interested in learning Workers' Compensation from the ground up. The Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney will work alongside world-class, experienced Workers Comp litigation Attorney's as they handle a heavy and complex case-load of cases and hearings. This is a rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity get involved in a practice group that is rapidly growing.

This position provides a linear growth path for you to follow. Once you have learned Workers Comp end to end, you will be privy to a consistently robust influx of cases which will be handed to you on a silver platter. Put simply, the right attorney will be able to eventually earn more in Workers’ Compensation than you could anywhere else in the state.

• Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum

• Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits

• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
