Position will require candidates to answer inbound calls, resolving billing issues, collecting outstanding balances, and processing patient correspondence.
Calls will be coming from patients, doctors, and insurance companies to answer questions and resolve billing issues & inquiries. Will be collecting electronic payments, updating claims/denials, updating insurance info, discussing outstanding balances and offering payment options/plans.
