1.7+ years of experience in core Java development with an emphasis on back-end integration 2. 4+ years experience with integration technologies such as XML, XSLT and RESTful web services. (This team focuses on just integration work so the experience working with an implementation consultant or BA is critical) 3. 2+ years of experience understanding EDI documents; 850, 846, 855, 810, and 856 (These are found in supply chain management environments or companies who are sending and tracking inventory)
