Strategic Management (Sales) Asst. Manager

The successful candidate will play a</p><p></p><p>key role in identifying new opportunities, supporting joint venture initiatives, and driving</p><p></p><p>data-based decision making in alignment with corporate objectives.</p><p></p><p></p><p>[Job Description]</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p></p><p>- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.</p><p></p><p>- Support new business development initiatives including OEM/Tier engagement and pipeline management.</p><p></p><p>- Assist in evaluating and structuring new business models, including JV and strategic partnerships.</p><p></p><p>- Develop financial models, revenue projections, and business case analyses.</p><p></p><p>- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations.</p><p></p><p>- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.</p><p></p><p>- Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights.</p><p></p><p>- Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Required:</p><p></p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.</p><p></p><p>- 3+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or automotive-related</p><p></p><p>industry.</p><p></p><p>- Strong analytical capability with financial modeling experience.</p><p></p><p>- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.</p><p></p><p>- Excellent communication and structured thinking ability.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><p></p><p>- Experience in automotive OEM, Tier 1, or mobility-related sectors.</p><p></p><p>- Exposure to joint venture projects or strategic partnerships.</p><p></p><p>- Experience in global or cross-border environments.</p><p></p><p>- Korean-English bilingual proficiency</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Comprehensive health insurance, 401K, PTO, sick days</p>
