In trading, it specializes in a variety of commodities such as Chemicals, Steel, , Semiconductors materials , Renewable Energy investment.</p><p></p><p>[Job Summary]</p><p>Coordinate and communicate with external parties to ensure acquisition and delivery of shipments.

Ensure shipping compliance with state, federal, and international regulations. Investigate and recommend optimal shipping options and coordinate with vendors. Develop positive relationships with freight and external&nbsp;logistics&nbsp;companies.</p><p></p><p>[Job Description]</p><p>Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><p>- Shipping documentation handling: upon receipt of shipping notices and documents from shipper and/or freight forwarder cross check against purchase orders in the system and work on revision as needed</p><p>- Custom clearance preparation: submission of shipping documents to custom broker for correction and timely entry filing.

Harmonized tariff schedules must be checked and verified with custom broker and other resources as well as other information that goes on duty entries.</p><p>- Payment process: processing of various types of payments such as imported merchandise, freight, inland trucking, duty to US Custom and other direct costs.</p><p>- Folder/Journal management: all transactions and payment related documents for all shipments must be timely filed and managed.</p><p>- Managing activities related to trading between different regions and/or countries.</p><p>-&nbsp;Logistics&nbsp;coordination for smooth&nbsp;operation&nbsp;matching up purchases with sales</p><p>- Communication with customers and follow up on request accordingly</p><p>- Purchase/Sales data input to ERP(SAP) system</p><p>- Credit management for customer</p><p>- Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.</p><p>- Other duties as assigned</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>[Qualifications]</p><p>- Experienced in Shipping Documentation (Chemical preferred)</p><p>- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</p><p>- Bilingual in English &amp; Korean (conversational)</p><p>- Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers</p><p>- Good organization skills&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>[What's On Offer]</p><p>- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life with different package</p><p>- 10 days PTO + 6 days Sick days</p><p>- 401k 4 % match</p><p>- Other company benefit package</p>
