Associates assume significant responsibilities, including exploring new investment opportunities, performing corporate valuation using a variety of methodologies, preparing and delivering presentations and reports, conducting research, analyzing business models, and participating in due diligence and deal negotiation.</p><p></p><p></p><p>[Job Description]</p><p></p><p>-Conduct quantitative analysis of industrial, energy, and infrastructure projects to support investment decision, and M&amp;A processes in the USA</p><p></p><p>-Develop detailed financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and analyze return on investment</p><p></p><p>-Maintain the deal flow database with information sourced from the firm’s network</p><p></p><p>-Prepare presentations and reports for internal &amp; external meetings/communications</p><p></p><p>-Monitor and research companies and industries, to stay up to date on trends and major transactions</p><p></p><p>-Coordinate third-party due diligence in collaboration with investment team members and external advisors</p><p></p><p>-Provide analytical support and thought partnership to senior team members</p><p></p><p>-Conduct ongoing monitoring of portfolio assets and market changes to support informed decision-making</p><p></p><p>-Collaborate effectively with other affiliated members and management</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>[Qualifications]</p><p></p><p>-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution</p><p></p><p>-Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, both written and verbal, required</p><p></p><p>-2?6 years of relevant experience as an Analyst/Associate in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development</p><p></p><p>-Excellent financial modeling skills and strong accounting background</p><p></p><p>-Experience in the energy infrastructure (renewables, NG/LNG) and industrial sectors (aerospace, defense), a plus</p><p></p><p>-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly</p><p></p><p>-Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment</p><p></p><p>-Excellent research skills with experience in market and company analysis</p><p></p><p>-Strong analytical approach; structured thinker</p><p></p><p>-Team player with experience working both in teams and as an individual contributor</p><p></p><p>-Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment</p><p></p><p>-Previous experience working in a multinational company preferred</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>PTO</p><p>Insurance</p><p>401K </p>
