This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of all areas of Human Resources, including payroll, training and development.<br> <br> [Job Description]<br> Main Responsibilities<br> 1.

Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources<br> 2. Overall Administration all aspects of employee relations<br> 3. Reporting - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reporting to all levels of the organization.<br> 4.

Make and review all CPs related to HR Team<br> 5. Oversight of Payroll Processing and system implementations, Benefit Administration, Training ...etc<br> 6.

Support management on policy administration<br> <br> Skills Required<br> 1. Deep understanding on local labor law<br> 2. Good communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written<br> 3.

Leadership skills<br> 4. Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills<br> 5. Project Management Tools<br> 6.

Familiar with HR software/ systems as well as MS office<br> 7.

Bachelor’s Degree .<br> 2. Experience in related industrial environment<br> 3. International mind set<br> 4.

10+ years HR Management experience<br> 5.
