<p>Main Purpose of the Job<br>To build the organization Human Resource foundation for sustainability. This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of all areas of Human Resources, including payroll, training and development.<br><br>Main Responsibilities<br><br>1.
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources<br>2. Overall Administration all aspects of employee relations<br>3. Reporting - Daily, Weekly, and Monthly KPI reporting to all levels of the organization.<br>4.
Make and review all CPs related to HR Team<br>5. Oversight of Payroll Processing and system implementations, Benefit Administration, Training ...etc<br>6.
Support management on policy administration<br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Skills Required</p><p>1. Deep understanding on local labor law</p><p>2.
Good communication skills at all levels of the organization both verbal and written</p><p>3. Leadership skills</p><p>4. Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills</p><p>5.
Project Management Tools</p><p>6. Familiar with HR software/ systems as well as MS office</p><p>7. 10+ years HR Management experience</p><p>5.
