Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager/Director, bilingual Korean

<p><strong>Job Summary&nbsp;</strong><br>The Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) Manager/Director supports the&nbsp;financial management&nbsp;and planning activities of the finance department. This role involves preparing financial reports, leading&nbsp;budgeting&nbsp;and forecasting processes, and supporting strategic initiatives through financial modeling and analysis.

The FP&amp;A Manager/Director works closely with the Head of Finance to ensure the accuracy of financial information and compliance with regulatory standards.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and manage monthly cash flow plans to ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to&nbsp;financial management, budgeting, and accounting.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;business processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in ad hoc special projects for the team as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties and special&nbsp;projects,&nbsp;as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field.&nbsp;</li><li>7+ years of experience in financial planning &amp; analysis or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field.&nbsp;</li><li>Bilingual in Korean/English&nbsp;required.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency&nbsp;in financial modeling and MS Office, especially Excel.&nbsp;</li><li>CPA or other relevant certification preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Prior experience in an accounting firm preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability&nbsp;for conceptual thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>High level&nbsp;of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and&nbsp;provide&nbsp;actionable insights.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Comprehensive health insurance, 401K, PTO, sick days</p>
