Finance Assistant Mgr /Manager (Korean Bilingual)

<p>[Job Summary]</p><p>Reporting to the Finance Director responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Accounting function including managing general accounting, P&amp;L and balance sheet activities, financial analysis, financial reporting, interact with internal and external partners and stakeholders to support the Finance and Accounting activities.</p><p></p><p>[Job Description]</p><p>- Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&amp;L and balance sheet, AP and AR</p><p>- Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees and rebates calculations etc.</p><p>- Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties.</p><p>- Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory accounting, lease accounting.</p><p>- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.</p><p>- Analyze accounts partner with Sales team and others.</p><p>- Identify opportunities for process improvements, plan and execute improvement projects.</p><p>- Support internal controls, compliance and external audits.</p><p>- Assist in any system changes, internal control programs.</p><p>- Assist in ad hoc initiatives.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><p>5 or more years of experience in finance and accounting</p><p>Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred</p><p>Experience in Gross to Net preferred</p><p>Experience in SOX, audits, financial/accounting systems including SAP</p><p>4.
