The brand offers to interior designers and architects upholstery fabrics, wall covering, wall tiles, and acoustical solutions.</p><p></p><p>[Job Summary]</p><p>We are seeking a Customer Service representative to support our growing business.

This person would be responsible for answering emails, calls, order entry, order management follow up. The candidate must be very custom centric, detail oriented, organized, able to multi-task, mindful of customer urgency, strong written / verbal communication skills and be able to collaborate with other team members.</p><p></p><p>[Job Description]</p><p>- ERP Customer Order Entry / Order Management</p><p>- Answer emails and calls (stock check, order status, general production information, product quotes, testing)</p><p>- Back Order / Stock Analysis to submit production request</p><p>- Preparing shipping documents</p><p>- Communicate with Customer Service and Sales teams</p><p>- Provide a customer service experience focused on finding solutions</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>What We Envision for the Future</p><p>- A candidate with the willingness to continuously learn</p><p>- Capable of identifying opportunities</p><p>- Ability to find solutions and interpret visual layouts</p><p>- Assist in streamlining the customer experience</p><p></p><p>[Qualifications]</p><p>- Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and proactive.</p><p>- Problem solver</p><p>- Strong time management skills</p><p>- Prior experience in customer service</p><p>- Team player willing to jump in and help.</p><p>- Experience with Sales Force and Slack not required but a plus.</p><p>- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook…)</p><p>- Knowledge of Interior Design Business or visual design literacy is not required but a plus.</p><p>- The ideal candidate may have a graphic design background or studied design in school.
