QA White box Testers (Java+ Selenium)

Support the testing of product features throughout the different phases of the development cycle. Work with engineers, team leads, managers to help deliver innovative testing solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules. Help develop and execute testing strategies, test automation and test engineering technologies.

Set up and manage test environments, including continuous integration jobs for your applications under test. Proactively recommend coding solutions and solve problems. Work as part of an agile scrum team delivering high quality software and solutions.

Test and automate in parallel with development activities. Review both application and test code for peers in both development and quality engineering Develop test APIs, utilities, and contribute to existing frameworks.

BA/BS Degree + 6 years experience Experience as Java Developer or Java Programmer or Java Production Support etc. History of successful team work and production deployments in high volume web environments Experience with Agile and/or RUP methodologies. Strong communications skills.

Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, high-pressure, client-services, environment.Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience. 6+ years total experience as an engineer in a web environment Testing experience good to have Knowledge with Selenium, Junit, TestNG etc.
