General Manager - Marina District

JETSET Pilates is a modern, music-driven reformer Pilates concept with 200+ locations sold across the US and internationally. We’re bringing that experience to San Francisco’s Marina District — and we’re looking for a founding leader to build it with us. This is not a traditional management job.

As Studio General Manager, you’ll own the studio from day one — driving pre-sale membership, building community partnerships, hiring your team, and launching with momentum. You’ll also complete JETSET instructor training and teach 4–6 classes per week.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE You build strong foundational membership during pre-sale, establish JETSET as a pillar of the Marina neighborhood, launch with energy and momentum, and drive consistent growth in revenue and studio utilization — all while delivering a premium boutique experience that members can’t stop talking about.
