As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

Be part of the AI revolution with sustainable technology at Crusoe. Here, you'll drive meaningful innovation, make a tangible impact, and join a team that’s setting the pace for responsible, transformative cloud infrastructure.

- Review and interpret mechanical design drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.

- Provide technical input and recommendations for design modifications as needed.

- Monitor the installation of piping, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct site visits to track progress, identify potential issues, and resolve conflicts.

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control procedures.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues during commissioning.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical systems design and construction, preferably in data centers or similar industrial environments.

- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license, or Engineer in Training (EIT)

- 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $145,000 -$165,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
