Acorns is seeking a Product Marketing Manager II to support the messaging, go-to-market strategy, and evergreen content programs that drive adoption across the Acorns and Acorns Early product portfolios. In this role, you will help develop product positioning frameworks, support key launches, and contribute to a robust asset library that enables consistent customer education.

You will integrate modern AI tools into your daily workflow to drive efficiency and help evolve product marketing best practices across the team.

In this role, you will own the master messaging frameworks and lead high-priority product launches end-to-end. AI fluency is foundational to this role. You are expected to integrate modern AI tools into the daily practice of product marketing, build reusable workflows that elevate the standards of the broader team, and continuously raise the quality bar for how the function operates.

- Product Messaging & Storytelling: Support the development and maintenance of messaging frameworks that connect product capabilities to customer benefits across all touchpoints.

- Go-To-Market Execution: Support end-to-end GTM execution for product launches, including creative briefing, channel coordination, and launch communications.

- Voice of Customer Integration: Synthesize insights from research, customer feedback, and social sentiment into messaging recommendations to ensure we are speaking the customer's language.

- Evergreen Content & Adoption: Maintain a library of evergreen assets—such as FAQs, value propositions, and app store creative—to improve product understanding and reduce trust barriers.

- AI-Enabled Operations: Apply modern AI tools and workflows to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of product marketing deliverables.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Research, and Compliance to execute initiatives that drive measurable customer adoption.

- 5+ years of product marketing experience, with a track record of supporting product launches (Consumer, fintech, or subscription experience preferred).

- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical features into clear customer value.

- Proficiency in using AI tools to support messaging development, content creation, or research synthesis.

- Proven ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable marketing recommendations.

- Experience developing customer-facing marketing assets and supporting evergreen content systems.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $142,500 and $155,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity grants, and discretionary cash bonus awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
