Systems Integration Engineer, High Speed Missiles

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate avionics and mission systems into air vehicles effectively. - Develop and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for secondary structures and system components, including large assembly model management. - Conduct simulations and analyses, including hand calculations and FEA (finite element analysis), to validate designs against performance requirements and regulatory standards. - Build prototypes, analyze failures, and transition successful projects into production. - Lead design reviews, perform analyses, visit vendors, and define and execute hardware test plans. - Support critical hardware demonstrations for customers as required. - Travel to test sites or vendor facilities as needed to support development and integration efforts.

REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS - B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience - 5+ years of experience in air vehicle systems integration. - Familiarity with hypersonic missiles and military standards. - Proficiency with Siemens NX CAD software. - Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills. - Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S.

Secret security clearance

QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Teamcenter or Windchill. - Active Top Secret DoD clearance. - Experience with unmanned air vehicle (UAV) design and development. US Salary Range $129,000 - $171,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
