Supplier Quality Engineer, Lead

- You've led supplier quality across manufacturing and large-scale infrastructure or construction, owning quality end to end from supplier selection through delivery.

- You've managed and grown a team of quality engineers and set the standard for the function.

- You run supplier qualification, audits, and corrective-action processes that hold suppliers to a high bar.

- You know quality systems and methods (inspection protocols, root-cause analysis, corrective action) deeply enough to be the org SME.

- You communicate credibly at the executive and founder level, in leadership reviews and customer business reviews.

- Bonus: Supplier quality across both hardware manufacturing and construction materials. Hyperscale or data center supply chains. Six Sigma or CQE.

Building a supplier quality function from scratch.
