Principal Operations Engineer, Electrical

- You've spent a career running mission-critical electrical systems and come up through the trades, the field, or both.

- You command the operational electrical stack: switchgear, UPS, generators, paralleling, ATS/STS, PDUs, and EPMS, in live critical environments.

- You've authored and executed high-risk electrical MOPs and led root cause analysis on significant events through closure.

- You walk into any site and assess operational readiness, audit the posture, and raise the standard.

- You teach. You build the technical readiness of the teams around you ahead of activation.

- Bonus: Hyperscale or large colocation at hundreds of MW. NETA and NFPA 70E expertise. EPMS platforms.

Arc-flash and electrical safety program ownership. Uptime Institute.
