we are looking for with this role:
- Deep expertise in analog and digital circuit design, high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB4, DDR5, DisplayPort), and power delivery
- Strong understanding of system-level trade-offs across electrical, mechanical, thermal, firmware, and BIOS domains
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex programs to completion
- Recent experience in schematic capture and PCB motherboard design
- Experience mentoring engineers and fostering team development
- Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
- Experience in laptop and mobile system architecture, collaborating with global engineering teams and ODM partners, and utilizing industry-standard simulation and design tools such as Cadence, SPICE, and SI/PI analysis tools to develop and validate complex hardware solutions
