Vice President, Relationship Manager - Food & Consumer

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow BMO's Food & Consumer portfolio. Proactively call on prospective clients and centers of influence to generate new commercial banking opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with business owners, CFOs, private equity sponsors, and industry participants.

Structure and deliver lending, treasury management, and other banking solutions to meet client needs. Partner with credit and risk teams to evaluate opportunities and manage portfolio performance. Represent BMO within the food industry through conferences, trade associations, and networking events.

Meet or exceed annual new business and portfolio growth objectives.

Qualifications 7+ years of commercial banking, corporate banking, investment banking or related financial services experience. Proven success sourcing and winning new client relationships. Knowledge of the food & beverage industry a plus.

Strong relationship management, sales, and networking skills. Ability to work effectively across product, credit, and risk teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required.

Salary: $122,400.00 - $228,000.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
