Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the daily operations of a financial advisor's branch office . This internship offers hands-on experience in client services, compliance, and administrative support within a professional financial services environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

This role included both operations support and client service responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in a career in wealth management, financial planning, or investment services. Interns will develop professional skills, gain industry knowledge, and build a foundation for future success in the financial field.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing reports and financial summaries for client review meetings.

- Collect and input financial planning data while assisting with compliance documentation and reporting to support the advisor activities.

- Ensure accurate documentation and organization of client records.

- Assist with client inquiries such as answering phone calls and handling client requests.

- Support client account maintenance, including ongoing account notifications, updating cost basis, and processing deposits.

- Maintain records, document activities in the office CRM software.

- Provide insight into potential areas of improvement.

- Learning about financial services, investment strategies, and client relationship management.

- Work closely with experienced financial professionals, receiving mentorship and training.

- Develop key skills and in financial analysis, CRM software and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program

- Interest in the Wealth Management industry

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Hourly Rate: 20.00/hour

The hourly amount is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant's skill, experience, and work location.
