Job Description & Summary The Opportunity

As a Managed Services - Oracle Cloud HCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Oracle software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize their operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills across various Oracle applications to help clients achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can enhance your skills and contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities - Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively - Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications - Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients - Developing training materials to enhance client understanding of Oracle systems - Implementing technology solutions to meet strategic client objectives - Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in complex situations - Navigating ambiguity to deliver quality outcomes and grow personal skills - Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients - Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements - Utilizing business process modeling to improve client operations - Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to support client projects - Embracing change and emerging technologies to drive innovation in solutions

What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems - Navigating complex Oracle Cloud HCM environments - Developing innovative solutions for enterprise software integration - Utilizing analytical thinking to inform strategic decisions - Embracing change and adapting to emerging technologies - Building meaningful client relationships and anticipating needs

Travel Requirements Up to 40%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
