Full job description

The HR Transformation & Change Lead is an individual who brings rigorous consulting methodologies, analytical discipline, and execution excellence to support the modernization of the HR function by harnessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital technology to maximize operational efficiencies, elevate employee experiences, and deliver decision-grade insights at scale and with trust.

This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules to include both in-office presence and virtual/telecommute work, to be based in Dallas, TX.

Working directly with the HR Global Transformation Leader , this role translates strategic roadmaps into detailed workstreams, actionable change management deliverables, optimized process maps, and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate blends deep consulting-style problem-solving with operational delivery-ensuring that transformation initiatives achieve high adoption, deliver decision-grade data, and capture intended business value with speed and precision.

- Partner closely with the HR Global Transformation Leader to translate executive vision into actionable, phased execution roadmaps. Drive end-to-end realization of strategic goals, tracking milestones, ROI, and performance metrics. - Identify, prioritize, and drive implementation opportunities for enterprise AI, generative solutions, and automation within HR operations to streamline service delivery, enhance predictive analytics, and elevate employee self-service capabilities. - Lead end-to-end redesign and lean optimization of global HR operating models and core workflows (e.g., talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations) to eliminate friction and enhance agility. - Understanding of core HR processes, global shared services models, and digital HR technologies (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow). - Formulate and implement comprehensive global OCM strategies-including stakeholder mapping, communications, risk mitigation, and targeted learning interventions-to drive high adoption and minimize change friction across global business units. - Champion high standards of data integrity and trust.

Partner with People Analytics and IT teams to deliver reliable, decision-grade insights that empower business leaders to make proactive, talent-centric strategy decisions. - Establish baseline metrics, scorecards, and governance frameworks to monitor change readiness, operational efficiency gains, adoption rates, and value realization across all transformation programs.

Knowledge

- Deep understanding of modern HR operating models, shared services structures, and digital workflows. - Mastery of structured OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges). - In-depth expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and process mapping techniques. - Knowledge of enterprise AI applications, HR tech platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors), and advanced predictive analytics. - Understanding of global workforce regulations, data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR), and ethical considerations in AI deployment.

Skills

- Proven program management discipline, capable of managing complex, cross-functional projects across multi-national teams. - Hands-on skill in spans and layers analysis, role profiling, and organizational architecture modeling. - Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, executive-level summaries and decision-grade insights that articulate value realization of change initiatives - Strong facilitation and negotiation skills to align global business partners through governance forums/steering committees, and transparent decision-making processes to ensure effective oversight, risk management and exec alignment. - Skilled in leading design-thinking workshops and agile execution sprints to deliver enhanced employee experiences that meet people where and how they work.

Abilities

- Ability to support executive leaders effectively by anticipating needs and delivering polished, client-ready work products. - Ability to work autonomously as a high-performing individual contributor within complex, matrixed settings. - Strong capacity to translate high-level strategies into granular execution plans and tactical steps. - High capacity to quickly grasp emerging HR AI tools, automation capabilities, and digital methodologies. - Exceptional precision and commitment to maintaining data integrity and trust across all outputs. - Build consensus, navigate competing priorities, and advance transformation initiatives across global, matrixed organizations without direct authority

What a Successful Candidate will Bring:

- A history of executing large-scale, global HR transformation projects on time, within scope, and with measurable value realization. - A forward-thinking perspective on how technology and enterprise AI can transform modern workforce management without losing human-centric employee experiences. - Bringing structured, repeatable methodologies across OCM, organizational design, and process optimization that elevate the quality and consistency of transformation delivery. - The ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, changing business needs, and complex stakeholder dynamics while staying focused on transformation outcomes. - An unwavering commitment to measuring success through business outcomes, efficiency metrics, adoption rates, and enhanced employee engagement.

Minimum
Requirements:

- BA/BS plus at least 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred
Qualifications:

- Completion of a recognized AI, generative AI, responsible AI, or AI governance credential, such as an IBM AI or generative AI certification, IBM Skills Build Artificial Intelligence Certificate, or comparable applied AI learning path. - Hands-on experience designing and facilitating workshops, process mapping sessions, ideation activities, and stakeholder alignment forums using Miro, Mural, or similar enterprise visual collaboration platforms. - Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale, multi-region transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups and business requirements. - Proficiency with project delivery and work management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, Planner, or comparable platforms used to manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting. - Experience with HR technology platforms, service management tools, workflow automation, or analytics solutions, preferably including Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, Power Automate, or related enterprise systems. - Certification or formal training in Prosci / ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar methodology that supports disciplined transformation delivery.
