As a Senior Lead Software Engineer at JPMorganChase within the Corporate and Investment Banking - Securities Services Technology Team , you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. - Regularly provides technical guidance and direction to support the business and its technical teams, contractors, and vendors -

- Executes software solutions, designs, develops, and troubleshoots software solutions, applying innovative thinking to solve complex technical challenges

- Write secure, high-quality production code and maintain robust algorithms that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems using Python, Java, Agentic AI and coding assistants.

- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring all design constraints are met throughout software development

- Implement enterprise semantic / ontology layer accelerated with agentic metadata mining

- Design and implement robust data ingestion & curation pipelines to bring diverse datasets into the cloud, Knowledgebase, Databricks

- Contribute to software engineering communities of practice and participate in events exploring new and emerging technologies

- Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes - Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle - Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies - Adds to the team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience - Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability - Advanced in one or more programming language(s) including Python, Spark, Java and SQL. -

- Strong experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability. Experience in data and semantic modeling

- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as ADK, LangChain / LangGraph , AutoGen or CrewAI

- Demonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within disciplines such as data platforms, cloud, Agentic AI frameworks and AI/ML

- Solid grasp of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices

- Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.) - Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight - Experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field

- Experience in data engineering, with a strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processing.

- Experience with Databricks, CockroachDB , Apache Iceberg, Trino, Springboot , Kafka, RESTful APIs and AWS.
